<strong>principles<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>The development of quality culture at UCM is systematic.<\/li>\n<li>Staff, students, and other stakeholders provide feedback and suggestions for quality improvement in the areas of education, creative activities, and other related activities, in particular through regular questionnaire surveys of students, alumni, staff and employers, and other stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Staff, students, and other stakeholders have the right to make suggestions for quality improvement to the relevant structures and to receive feedback on these suggestions.<\/li>\n<li>Quality culture also means regular, systematic, sophisticated quality assurance and assessment in all educational, creative, and other related activities.<\/li>\n<li>The evaluation shall emphasize independence, impartiality, objectivity, expertise, transparency, and fairness.<\/li>\n<li>Where deficiencies in quality are detected, they are corrected in accordance with the relevant internal regulations.<\/li>\n<li>New activities or changes are conditional on a reasonable expectation of quality improvement or their introduction or implementation is necessary to maintain quality. This does not apply in the case of changes caused by force majeure.<\/li>\n<li>The results of the evaluation are only published once it has been fully completed. They are based on international and national standards, in particular the European Standards for Higher Education ESG 2015, the Higher Education Act and subsequent regulations, the Quality Act and subsequent regulations, the SAAVS standards for the internal system, the study programme, and the habilitation and inauguration proceedings. They are in line with the UCM mission, the UCM long-term plan, and other strategic and conceptual documents of UCM. His\/her responsibilities, powers, and competencies in the field of quality culture are defined by the Statute of the Faculty\/Institute, the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ucm.sk\/docs\/legislativa\/2022\/predpisy_-_en\/2021-39_Statut_Rady_kvality_sucasti_UCM_AJ.pdf\">Statute of the Quality Board of the UCM division<\/a>, and other internal regulations.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>The area of quality culture at the UCM division is primarily concentrated in the department of the relevant Vice-Dean and the relevant department\/quality clerk in accordance with the UCM division&#8217;s organisational regulations, as defined in Article 36 of the UCM Statute.<\/p>\n<p>The following are the self-governing, academic and advisory bodies of UCM with competence at the level of the UCM division in the field of quality culture according to the powers, responsibilities, and competencies defined by the internal regulations:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Academic Senate of the Faculty,<\/li>\n<li>the Faculty&#8217;s Scientific Board,<\/li>\n<li>Dean&#8217;s Board\/Director&#8217;s Board,<\/li>\n<li>other advisory bodies and committees of the Dean\/Director.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The relevant agenda of the institutes as university-wide divisions of UCM is discussed by the UCM VR, the UCM AS and other relevant university-wide structures in accordance with internal regulations.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li>The workplace (department) is elementary level. The RVHK is an independent advisory body to the Rector. The composition, competencies, responsibilities, and powers of the RVHK are defined in the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ucm.sk\/docs\/legislativa\/2022\/predpisy_-_en\/2022-3_Statut_RVKH_AJ.pdf\">Statute of the RVHK <\/a>and the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ucm.sk\/docs\/legislativa\/2022\/predpisy_-_en\/2022-4_rokovaci_poriadok_RVHK_AJ.pdf\">Rules of Procedure of the RVHK<\/a>. The UCM Division RK is an independent advisory body to the person responsible for the UCM Division (Dean\/Director). The composition, responsibilities, competencies, powers, procedures, and rules for the selection of stakeholders in the RSP are defined in the Statutes of the RSP at UCM. Each third-level study programme is monitored and evaluated by the relevant Field of Study Committee for Doctoral Studies (hereinafter referred to as the &#8220;OK&#8221;).
